Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any orders. This is due to the fact that every item in our store is new and deadstock, so if a customer opens a box and tries the shoe on, it is removed from this condition.
Also, there have been cases where people swap out the real item they purchase with a fake item, and return the fake item to us. For this reason, we will not be accepting any returns.
